Areas of Practice


Visitor visa

Visitor Visa is appropriate for those who are planning to visit the United States for a temporary purpose. These types of Visas are typically classified as B1 and B2 visa. B1 visas are appropriate for those seeking entry into the United States to engage in business related activities. B2 visas are appropriate for those engaging in tourism, social visits, certain medical treatments, participation in amateur sports, music and relate events.


lawful permenant residence

LPR, or green card holders, are allowed to reside and work permanently in the United States. LPR can be obtained through employer or self sponsorship. Our law firm can represent individuals and employers in preparation and submission of relevant applications including the department of labor, USCIS,and the department of state.



Student visa

Every year, the United States attracts foreign nationals who wish to pursue their studies in approved educational institutions. The categories are F1( academic students), M1(vocational students), and J1(exchange students).
 


Citizenship

Citizenship can either be obtained by birth, derivation, or naturalization. US citizen may petition for the permanent resident status of their parents, spouses, children and siblings. The Fiancé K-1

This visa is a non-immigrant visa for a foreign citizen fiancé of a United States citizen. The K-1 visa permit the foreign citizen fiancé to travel to United States and marry his or her U.S citizen sponsor within 90 days of arrival.


Workers

There are many categories that allow foreign nationals to engage in employment in the US. It generally requires a US employer or a sponsor. The non-immigrant categories include H1B (speciality occupations), L1A/B (intracompany transferee), and J1(exchange visitors).


R-1 VISA

This visa classification allows an immigrant to come to the United States temporarily to be employed at least part time by a bona fide nonprofit religious organization in the US to work solely as a minister in a religious location on a religious occupation.
