Visitor Visa

Visitor Visa is appropriate for those who are planning to visit the United States for a temporary purpose. These types of Visas are typically classified as B1 and B2 visa. B1 visas are appropriate for those seeking entry into the United States to engage in business related activities. B2 visas are appropriate for those engaging in tourism, social visits, certain medical treatments, participation in amateur sports, music and relate events.


Citizenship

Citizenship can either be obtained by birth, derivation, or naturalization. US citizen may petition for the permanent resident status of their parents, spouses, children and siblings. Student visa

R-1 VISA

This visa classification allows an immigrant to come to the United States temporarily to be employed at least part time by a bona fide nonprofit religious organization in the US to work solely as a minister in a religious location on a religious occupation.
